I did enjoy the difference, but it was a little too much work for me. I would love the convenience of a commercial vape but don't see myself paying that kinda price for one. Sell it fifty bucks and I'll take two. |

Vaping is great, it saves your lungs and your money, but it still doesn't beat a nice clean bongrip. |

But my favourite remains the classic joint, I think I just enjoy the rolling part too much.
Maybe making my own light-bulb vape will give me the same satisfaction =)
Anyways, here in Toronto, there are places where you can rent vapourizers for about $10/person/evening. One of these days, I'm going to try all the major retail vapes from there =)
Sagemark- I haven't personally tried it (yet), but the Vapor Genie seems to be getting good reviews. People say it's a vapourizer for $50.
It's not really exactly like that. You don't plug it in and it looks like a pipe. From what I understand, it uses a ceramic chamber to vapourize the cannabis when heat is applied.
So basically it's the offspring of a vape and a pipe. Looks like it too =)

Plus you taste the butane from your lighter when you hit it and it's easier to burn the weed. But, they do work if you get it just right. |

Sponsor | | sagemark | Nov 8, 2007 7:27am | A light bulb is cheaper and is truly a vaporizer. No butane taste. The distribution of the heat is key and that lighter gets really hot. I tried using a candle w/ it but I felt like a fucking crack head. A big doob is still my fav too and I can save my roaches for hard times (God forbid).
I seem to go thru my supply faster w/ the bong, but it produces less smell and I can hit it nice and quick between commercials/post. |
